All of our stainless drinkware can be customized, with the customizer option available during checkout. For Business orders, please contact our Corporate Sales program.

What process is used on customization?

We use a laser-marking technique that creates a permanent finish on your product. It is a premium, durable finish that won't crack or peel over time.

How long does customization take?

Our production timeline varies depending on order volume. Once your custom order is reviewed and approved, you will receive an email with an estimated ship window.

Can I edit my custom order?

Yes, we can edit custom orders that are uploaded by you. For text and custom designs, we will just make them. However, if you add a note at checkout, you can request a review.

What is the return policy for customized products?

We cannot accept returns or exchanges of customized products.

Is color marking an option?

The marking color can only be stainless steel/silver.

Can I mark both sides of the product?

Yes. For an additional fee, we can mark the back side with the same or a different design.

How do I order a custom product?

Can LAMOSE create my logo?

While we aim to make your design look great, we do not create new logos or provide edits to uploaded artwork. Please upload your logo exactly as it is intended to look for the best outcome.
